- Bzart Ciderlambiek Millesime 2023 (75 Cl – 7,5%)€35,00First-time release. Blend of 60% Lambic and 40% cider as base. Otherwise, the same steps were followed as for the Bzart 2023, i.e. addition of ‘liqueur de tirage’, then ‘remuage’ and ‘dégorgement’, and no addition of ‘liqueur d’expédition’.
- Bzart Druivenlambiek Millesime 2023 (75 Cl – 8,5%)€35,00First-time release. Instead of ‘ regular’ Lambic, Grape Lambic (Lambic matured on Furmint and Harslevelu grapes) was used as the base for this beer. Otherwise, the same steps were followed as for the Bzart 2023, i.e. addition of ‘liqueur de tirage’, then ‘remuage’ and ‘dégorgement’, and no addition of ‘liqueur d’expédition’.
- Bzart Kriekenlambiek Millesime 2023 (75cl – 8%)€40,00Bzart Lambiek Brut Nature is probably the first and only sparkling kriekenlambic beer in the world. - Hoegaarden rosé (25cl – 3,00%)€4,20The idea came from the story of the jam jars. It might be pink but it is very much a wheat beer. It also features the soft taste and subtle colour of raspberries. The ingredients are water, barley malt, unmalted wheat, fruits (10%), raspberry (6%), sugar, sweetener, hops and yeast.

- Rodenbach Grand Cru (33cl – 7,40%)€6,00Rodenbach Grand Cru is a blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged for two years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine. The colour is between red and brown.
- Ter Dolen Kriek (33 Cl – 4,5%)€5,00This unfiltered top-fermented beer with an alcohol volume of 4.5% to which fresh cherry juice is added, is made from one type of wheat and malt and two kinds of hops with addition of spices like coriander and orange peel.
- Timmermans Oude Gueuze (75cl – 5,50%)€20,00It is a blend of old lambic, which has been aged for three years in wooden barrels, and young lambic which ensures spontaneous fermentation in the bottle. The different lambics are carefully selected by the brewer to obtain a perfect flavour.
- Vicaris Tripel / Gueuze (33 cl – 7 %)€8,00The complex interaction between Vicaris Triple and gueuze makes this beer unique. The sharp sourness of the spontaneously fermented lambiek beautifully counters the fruity and soft Vicaris Triple. The result is a rich beer with a fresh mild acidity and a soft finish.
