Description
Sour Blend Raspberry is the second in a new series of barrel aged sour beers. This version is inspired by traditional Belgian sour beers like Vlaams Rood and Oud Bruin. The base beer (wheat beer with Raspberry) is pitched with Lactobacillus and matured for one year in wooden barrels.
