This is an unfiltered sake and is a limited sake because it is only brewed in winter. Nicely concentrated balance between acidity and sweetness. A complexity and long-lasting pleasant taste of creamy apricots, which is atypical for “Nigori” sake. Tomio Nigori Sake is a type of Junmai Ginjo Nigori Genshu sake. The rice grains are 58% polished. You drink this sake cold and shake it well before drinking it.
