KraaiKe Sleedoorn is a crisp, complex sweet-sour fruitbeer fermented with Sloeberries (Sleedoornbessen). It is a rhubyred beer with a fruity, complex Sour and hoppy aroma, the full-bodied sweet&sour fruity taste of sloeberries and a refreshing crisp aftertaste. It has been barrel aged for 2 years on sour Port & Cognac barrels, which gives the beer a woody touch and pleasant aroma.
