Description
In 2005 Xavier Vanneste renovated and restarted the old brewery which had been in the family since 1856. He launched Brugse Zot, a new beer with a unique recipe. Today Brugse Zot is the only beer brewed in Bruges’ town centre. It has a slightly hazy golden colour with a white head. It is medium sweet with light tartness and a hint of bitter in the finish.
