Blanche de Thines is unique amongst the Belgian whites. Belgian whites traditionally feature citrus from orange peel and spice from coriander. Belgo Sapiens Brewers took a different approach using US hops to give the citrus notes while lifting the beer by spicing with ginger and grains of paradise.
