3 Fonteinen Frambozenlambik is the fruit lambik coming off the maceration tank / barrel, possibly blended with young lambik, just prior to bottling.
The entry includes all fruit intensities, such as straight non-blended fruit lambic (+/- 80%) or blended with young lambic (35% and up).
