Description
For this particular Oude Geuze, they blended lambikken originating from four different barrels and three different brews. More than three quarters of the blend features oude lambikken, rendering the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling to more than 24 months. While blending, we added honey from our own bees, of which the hives stand in our wild flowered Schaarbeekse orchard.
