Bourbon barrel aged Strong Dark Ale They brewed this beer for the 5th birthday of Galea! Besides a big malt bill they also added coconut blossom sugar, molasses and syrup from Pears out of Vrolingen. This already complex beer was then aged for 1 year on Bourbon barrels. After a resting period on bottle for 9 months it’s ready to release!
