BBP’s Grappa foeders originally come from a century-old distillery in Percoto, Italy. They were reassembled by hand at Dansaert for their second life. This lambic blend was brewed in early 2020 and fermented in Côte Du Rhone & Bordeaux barrels for 14 months. The blend was then aged for 6 more months in a Grappa foeder.
