Description
Sour Blend Apricot is the third in a new series of barrel aged sour beers. This version is inspired by traditional Belgian sour beers like Vlaams Rood and Oud Bruin. The base beer (blond beer with Apricot) is pitched with Lactobacillus and matured for one year in wooden barrels.
