Description
This beer was once produced at the abbey of Paix Dieu, where the lunar calender payed a central role. In keeping with the spirit of the abbey, the Brasserie maintains the tradition of brewing only once a month, during the full moon. A tripel 10% brew is smooth and full of character, a craft beer in the tradition of Belgian abbey beers. A symbol on each bottle will help you decipher under which full moon your beer was brewed.
